Why Builder Matchmaker Was Created

Founder & CEO, Builder Matchmaker™

Builder Matchmaker grew from Lacey Nicole's experience working across real estate, mortgage lending and residential construction financing.

Again and again, she saw consumers excited about building a home but unsure where to begin. Some called builders before understanding financing. Others pursued land before knowing whether the property fit the intended project. Some had financing but no clear path to land, plans or the right builder.

The professionals existed. The process was fragmented.

Builder Matchmaker was created to help organize the space between "I want to build" and "I'm ready to build" — giving consumers a clearer preparation path while helping professionals meet projects with more context.
